Will this fit my insulin pen?
Yes! The Lovani DoseCase is designed with a universal pen chamber that fits virtually all insulin pens including Lantus SoloStar, Humalog KwikPen, Novolog FlexPen, Tresiba, Toujeo, and more. The adjustable interior accommodates pens of varying sizes securely.
Does this keep my insulin cold like a cooler?
Does this keep my insulin cold like a cooler?
The DoseCase provides thermal protection up to 95°F (35°C), which helps maintain temperature stability and protects against heat fluctuations. However, it's not an active cooling device like a refrigerated case. For daily use and short trips, it provides excellent protection. For longer travel, we recommend pre-chilling the case in your refrigerator before departure.
Can I put the entire case in the refrigerator?
Can I put the entire case in the refrigerator?
Yes! Many customers store the entire DoseCase in their refrigerator for easy grab-and-go convenience. The hard-shell design takes up minimal space and keeps everything organized even in the fridge.
Do the needles stay in place or fall out?
Do the needles stay in place or fall out?
The needles are secured in individual slots with a gentle press-fit design. They stay firmly in place during normal use and won't fall out when you open the case. Simply press each needle into its designated slot and it clicks securely.
Is this TSA-approved for air travel?
Is this TSA-approved for air travel?
Yes! The DoseCase is TSA-friendly and complies with airport security standards for carrying medical supplies. Insulin and diabetes supplies are exempt from liquid restrictions. We recommend keeping the case in an easily accessible part of your carry-on and informing TSA agents that you're carrying medical supplies if asked.
